Code of Conduct for Noor Driving School 30 Hour Classroom
Students are required to apply for a pre-registration code.
Thank you for choosing Noor driving school, we are excited that you are here and have chosen us for your driver’s education! We hold our expectations high for our staff and students so we will be having everyone sign and agree to our classroom expectations for attending this state mandated course.
It is VERY important for our class teachers to know when teaching if your child has a learning disability that we need to be made aware of. If applicable please list below, at the end of the sheet (IEP, 504, dyslexia, ADHD, ADD etc.)
-Each child will have a “3 strike policy” for the entire 30 hour class. We will give your child three warnings before parents are contacted and discuss action from there.
Here are the ground rules:
1.Be on time! Class starts promptly at 8am. If you are more than 10 min late for class or returning from lunch you will be asked to make up that session on a different day. (The Department of Revenue is very strict regarding timing!!!!)
- Respect each other and be considerate of other classmates.
- Please pay attention and take notes!! (Your final exam is open note)
- We use a phone box for all of our classes to limit distractions. ALL phones are to be put on silent and placed in view in the box at the front of the classroom to limit distractions, you are not allowed to have ear pods in your ears during class time. Your child will get a 10-minute break every hour, If you are needing to get ahold of your child you can call the office 720-726-7121 and we can pull them aside.
- Inside voices should be used at all times in the building. Absolutely, no shouting, yelling or cursing allowed.
- Food and Drinks are permitted as long as you clean up after yourself.
– We do offer snacks and drinks, if you would like some, We ONLY take cash for the snacks.
- There is to be NO wandering the hallways, being disruptive to other tenants or hanging out in the parking lot. Please conduct yourself in a respectable manner at all times.
- OUR school property is important to us. Please do not damage school property. Chairs, tables, books etc.
By signing this Code of Conduct, you and your student are agreeing to the above rules for this class. If you cannot obey these set rules by Noor Driving School, you may be asked to be dismissed from this class with no refund.
Behind The Wheel lessons rules and policy
This policy form needs to be signed by the driver and parent/legal guardian prior to first driving lesson. By you signing this form you agree that you have read and understand the behind the wheel rules and policies for Noor Driving School.
- Students will need to bring their State Instruction Permit for ALL driving lessons. If he/she fails to bring the permit, they will not be allowed to drive the car, and then late fee will be applied.
- Parents need to sign and submit all release waiver and the policy sheet online before the first lesson.
- Students will need to wear closed-toe shoes while driving. Sandals, flip-flops or open-toed shoes will not be allowed.
- Cell phone usage will not be allowed during driving lessons.
- When using our pick-up and drop-off service, Noor Driving School will arrive at the scheduled pick-up time. If the student does not appear within 5 minutes, the driving instructor will text both the student and parent/guardian. If the student does not appear within 5 minutes after the message is sent, the driving instructor will leave, and there will be a late fee for no show.
- There is a $50 no-show fee, and If you arrive without your learner’s permit or driver’s license, are impaired for any reason (lack of sleep, intoxication, medication, etc.), or wearing improper footwear, the lesson will be canceled, and the fee will be applied.
- After completing all lessons, we will submit a six-hour certificate to the Department of Motor Vehicles. We will email you a copy of this for your records.
- 6 hours needs to be completed within first 6 months of holding the permit.
- All Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled driving lesson. All cancellations will only be accepted by calling our office (720) 726-7121 and leaving a voice mail as well as sending an email to: [email protected]

Waiver of Liability and Release Agreement Consent
- I give permission for my child to have private behind the wheel training with a licensed driving instructor from Noor Driving School. If the participant is a minor, I agree that the minor has my consent to participate in the event. I further provide my consent for the organization or business named above to seek emergency treatment for the minor if necessary.
In consideration to the above, Noor Driving School training program, Participant hereby agrees as follows:
- I acknowledge that the development of driving skills entails known and unanticipated risks, which could result in physical and/or emotional injury to myself and /or third parties, and damage to my property and/or the property of others. I understand that while every effort is made to reduce them, such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential elements of this type of driving skills training.
- I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive forever any and all on the part of, and covenant not to sue or institute any claim against Noor Driving School, its agents, instructors, insurers, lessors, successors, or assigns, or of any sponsor (collectively “Noor Driving School“), resulting from or arising out of or in connection with my attendance at and /or participation in a Noor Driving School. training program.
- I acknowledge that I must accept and assume all of the risks of my individual actions and responsibilities, and those existing in this type of training activity. I therefore accept and assume full responsibility for my actions during all Noor Driving School training, and during such time periods and locations, which are within the scope of such training (including but not limited to classrooms, parking lots, etc.). It is understood that Noor Driving School will not accept responsibility for the actions and/or mistakes of any participant. A participant’s attendance is voluntary, and he or she elects to participate in spite of the inherent risks explained above.
- I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and provisions of this document and agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect. I hereby agree to all of the terms set forth above.
- By signing this form, I declare that I am executing this form with the consent of my child and fully aware of the implications.

Payment for Services/ Refund policy
- Noor Driving School will accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard for payment. If you use a credit or debit card, there is a 3% processing fee that will be added to the amount to be charged for each transaction. All payments will need to be made before services begin.
Refund Policy
Online class fees are not refundable if student has been issued Username and Password.
- Tuition for in-person class is refundable with a written request and will be sent to the student within 30 days of the student’s withdrawal or termination. A refund will be given based on the cost and length of the program.
- At the completion of less than 25% of the program, 75% of the tuition will be refunded.
- At the completion of 25% but less than 50% of the program, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
- At the completion of 50% but less than 75% of the program, 25% of the tuition will be refunded.
- At the completion of 75% or more of the program, no refund is due to the student.
Additional Fees
- Late Cancelation Fee – For Behind The Wheel lessons, there will be a $50 fee for any
cancelations that occur within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.
- No-Show Lesson Fee – For Behind The Wheel lessons, there will be a $50 fee for each instance where the student misses a scheduled lesson.
- Additional Time for Online Course – The program is set up to be completed within 180 days. If it is not completed in 180 days, the student need to purchase new access.
- Credit Card Processing Fee– There is a non-refundable 3% fee when using a credit or debit card.
- Return Checks / Payments– There will be a $50 fee for any returned checks or payments.
- All fees will need to be paid before the next driving lesson.
Inclement Weather
- Noor Driving School will not cancel driving lessons unless driving conditions are deemed unsafe by the licensed instructor. Student safety is our #1 priority, so we will not place students in a situation that we feel they cannot handle. If we cancel a driving lesson, we will reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. The student will not be charged for the missed lesson. Termination of Enrollment
- Noor Driving School will terminate the student’s enrollment if the student is uncooperative or has a continued display of unsafe driving. Examples are ignoring instructions given by the driving instructor, being rude or aggressive towards the driving instructor, making no effort to become a safe driver, failing to adhere to traffic signals and signs, or causing an accident due to unsafe driving. The student will immediately receive a warning, and the parent or guardian will also be notified. If the student’s enrollment is terminated, no refund will be given.
Privacy Policy
NOOR Driving School, uses your personal information in two different ways:
1-To Contact You
- Phone numbers, emails, and other directory information is used by NOOR to contact its customers for scheduling, reminders, or other service-related inquiries.
- We operate many of our programs under the consent of the State of Colorado. State laws require that we report information about all students that take our classes, test for their permits, or test for their licenses
2- For State Compliance
Your personal information is never sold or used for any purposes other than those stated above. Any information you submit via our website or through our office is secure.
